I ordered this as a gift and spent way too long double-checking the info before uploading it, because I’m usually the person who worries about typos even in text messages. The details I sent were clear, but the final piece still came back with a few wrong details and some spelling issues. Customer service did fix one part, which I appreciated, but overall it still didn’t feel as personal or polished as I expected for the price.

"I found the website annoying..."
I found the website annoying to use. Some pages loaded weirdly, and when I got to checkout, I wasn’t even sure what I was supposed to do next?? It just felt more confusing than it needed to be.

"Not really worth the price"
I’ll be honest, I was disappointed with this. The quality felt cheap, and for what actually showed up, the price seemed way too high. I don’t mind paying more for something decent, but this just didn’t feel worth the money

"Looked a lot better online"
I was disappointed when it showed up. The jewelry looked so much nicer in the photos, but in person it just felt kind of flat and not as special as I expected. The design came off a little cheap to me, and I just can’t really see myself wearing it out… I don’t know, I was hoping for more.

"I placed my order and it still hasn’t..."
I placed my order and it still hasn’t shown up. At first I was told it would arrive by one date, then that changed, and now there aren’t even any clear updates. It feels like the goalposts keep moving every time I check in. Really frustrating to just be left waiting with no real answer

"Packaging felt a bit cheap"
My order showed up on time, so no issue there, but the packaging was kind of disappointing. The box felt thin and was a little crushed on one side, which made it seem like not much care went into it.
Anyway... nothing was actually broken, so I’m glad about that, but the presentation just wasn’t great. For the price, I expected it to look a bit nicer and not like it had been packed in a hurry.

I did get my exchange in the end — no major issues there, but the return emails were a bit slow. Not a huge deal, just took longer than I expected.

I tried reaching out to zoelev.com support, and wow, what an experience. Replies took forever, and when they finally did respond, they somehow managed to not actually answer my question. It felt like their main goal was to make me give up and disappear. So yeah, not exactly the support I was hoping for.

I wore this just a handful of times and it already started tarnishing, then it broke not long after. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but it feels reasonable to expect it to last more than a few wears. Disappointing overall.

"Looks better online than in person"
Just a heads up if you’re thinking about ordering from zoelev.com, my item looked way nicer in the photos than it did when it arrived. The material feels cheap, and the stitching on one side was messy enough to notice right away. Shipping was fine, and the product technically still works, but for the price, I expected much better quality. I don’t think it’ll hold up for very long, so I’d be careful before buying

"Defective merchandise, No customer service"
Earrings quite expensive, post back defective. WIll not return email or call until after warranty period, then asks you to purchase a back to their earring which was defective to begin with. Customer service is rude, deceptive and disrespectful.
